The Coronavirus Prevents The New Bachelorette Clare Crawley From Finding Love

The new Bachelorette, Clare Crawley was all ready to allow a bunch of new dudes into her life, but that will have to wait until the Coronavirus Winter passes. Filming of Season 16 of the Bachelorette was scheduled to begin on Friday night but has been postponed because of the Coronavirus.

Let’s face-it, we love this show, not so much for the love, but for the train-wrecks it produces. Clare, the 32 guys and the rest of the nation will have to wait to see her look for love in all the wrong places.

Chris Harrison, the famous host of the show provided more details on the postponement of The Bachelorette. Via an Instagram video, Harrison said production staff will reassess the matter in two weeks.

“It was not only the right thing to do, it was the only thing to do. But that doesn’t mean this decision wasn’t hard to make, because this will affect a lot of people,” he said, acknowledging that some of the show’s jobs will be cut throughout the duration of the shut-down.

“To my friend Clare,” Harrison added, “You are still my bachelorette and hopefully we’re still going to have the opportunity to help you find love and make this work.”
