Nick Foles Magic Is Reborn In Comeback Win Over Falcons

That’s right, the Atlanta Falcons blew another game after leading big-time in the second half. This time the Falcons blew a 16 point second-half lead after the Chicago Bears finally benched Mitch Trubisky in favor of Nick Foles.

Foles who had a horrific experience last year as the Jacksonville Jaguars QB entered the second half of the game and proceeded to lead the Bears back to a 30-26 win over the Falcons. He threw 3 touchdown passes in the second half and completed 16 of 29 passes for 189 years.

Chicago leaves Atlanta with a new starting QB and a 3-0 record.

Clearly, the Bears head coach Matt Nagy will now adjust his offense to fit Foles’ strengths which is basically a ton of ball control intermediate passes that occasionally opens up the opportunity for a deep ball.

No word yet if the Falcons head coach Dan Quinn will still have a parking spot at Falcons HQ on Monday – let’s just say the magic eight-ball says “probability is low.”
