It’s officially time for the Tua Tagovailoa era to begin for the Miami Dolphins.
Sure Ryan Fitzpatrick has been fantastic to this point leading the Dolphins to a 3-3 record, but after the Dolphins got a brief glimpse of Tua late in the teams beyond easy win over the New York Jets, a team that claims to be a member of the NFL, it was clear for the Dolphins coaching staff that Tua was ready.
Tua will have two weeks to prepare for his start against the Los Angeles Rams in Miami.
The reality is Tua was going to play this season for an extensive period of time and the decision to give him two weeks to prepare for his first NFL start seems to make a ton of sense.
You can bet on the fact that their will be a significant increase in run-pass-options when the Dolphins take the field against the Rams on November 1st.
